The entrance to Klimt House runs through a representative hall with a reception desk, whose elements of décor refer to Gustav Klimt’s creativity.

60 air-conditioned apartments are designed in the building, of the area from 41 to 190 sq. m. Each apartment has a balcony, loggia or terrace. On the two last storeys, two-level apartments were designed with a very attractive interior and functional layout. In the living room sections on higher storeys, an open space is planned – a mezzanine allowing, for example, for arranging a library.

Occupants shall have at their disposal more than 80 parking places in the underground garage area.
