Safety and comfort

The inside courtyard of Klimt House is designed as a recreation space with arranged greenery and carefully selected elements of small architecture.

Klimt House residents shall have at their disposal a recreational area consisting of a fitness zone and a relaxation zone. The fitness zone shall be equipped with modern equipment for physical exercises and aerobics. The relaxation zone is a place where one may rest and use the Finnish sauna.

In the hall and elevators, high quality audio equipment shall be installed, allowing the play of unobtrusive music.

An additional improvement for Klimt House occupants shall be trolleys designed for carrying shopping and heavier items. Trolleys shall be accessible in the garage hall, from which it will be possible to go to habitable storeys of the building in an elevator.

Modern monitoring and access control solutions were applied in the project. The whole complex shall be enclosed. The parking lot shall be entered through the gate controlled by a remote control and entrance to the building shall be possible only by passing through reception. Guests will be able to directly contact occupants or the reception-desk through a video-telephone placed next to the main entrance.

The building is fully accessible for handicapped persons.
