Echo Investment S.A. is among the largest investment and developer companies with Polish capital in Europe. The company realizes investments in four key sectors of the real estate market: housing, shopping and shopping/entertainment centers, office buildings and hotels.
Since 1996, the company has been quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The company has already completed 90 projects in several Polish cities, with a total area of ca. 800,000 sq m. The company is also manages investments in Romania, Hungary and in Ukraine.
Echo Investment specializes in the development of luxury apartment buildings and higher standard residential buildings. So far the company has completed 33 housing projects in some of the biggest cities in Poland, with a gross useable area of approx. 290,000 sqm. They include a lot of prestigious luxury apartment developments, which have received numerous consumer and trade awards.
Until now Echo Investment has developed several luxury apartment buildings and some office complexes in Warsaw. The most renowned residential developments include award-winning apartment buildings such as: Melody House, Flower House, Mondrian House, Osiedle Inflancka and Babka Tower. Its most important office projects are: the Olympic Centre – the seat of the Polish Olympic Committee, Athina Park, City Gate and Park Postępu.
