Klimt House is an elegant and prestigious apartment building, the rank of which is designated by the perfect location and exceptional architecture.

The name of the building and the character of its interior refer to the creativity of Gustav Klimt - a painter and graphic artist of the Viennese Art Nouveau. We shall find the artist’s creative motifs, among others, in the carefully arranged common spaces of the building. Usage of elegant finishing materials makes the Klimt House a unique project, combining in itself those elements which fascinate the viewer in Klimt’s art: elegance, sensuality, color.
